**Sherwood Park Hyundai** is looking for an experienced full time **Automotive** **Parts Technician **to join our growing team Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will assist all shop technicians in looking up required parts, pull/fill orders from stock, as well as follow up on back-ordered parts. You will also work with technicians to ensure correct parts are ordered & notify service advisors when special ordered parts are received.

**Your Day to Day**:

- Providing price quotes & other info communicating through software programs
- Contribute to managing inventory & ordering parts in a fast-paced environment
- Notifying the parts manager of out-of-stock parts or ordering shop materials that need immediate attention
- Locating out-of-stock parts from outside sources & submitting emergency orders as needed
- Pulling orders for deliveries to technicians, making sure all parts are tagged with RO numbers
- Making sure all internal requests for parts are billed on the service RO
- Keeping orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, & special order parts

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- ** Minimum 3 years dealership experience required, parts back counter preferred**:

- Experience with CDK is an asset
- A valid driver's license & safe driving history is required
