**Position**: Chiropractic Clinic Receptionist

As the Chiropractic Clinic Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic. Your primary responsibility will be to create a positive and friendly first impression for our patients, visitors, and callers. Your excellent interpersonal skills will be essential in effectively managing appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
- Manage incoming calls, providing helpful and informative responses to inquiries.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently, while considering the clinic's schedule and practitioners' availability.
- Maintain patient records accurately and handle administrative tasks with attention to detail.
- Coordinate with chiropractors and other clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Assist with marketing efforts and patient outreach to promote the clinic's services.
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English, spoken and written, some knowledge of French is helpful.
- Proficiency using computer systems and basic office software.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to assist and support patients' well-being.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

**Location**: Westboro, Ottawa

**Employment Type**:

- Part-time, 18-24 hours a week to start
- Availability throughout the week is a necessity
- Strong potential for more hours in the future
