We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Site Supervisor** to oversee road construction projects from start to finish.

**Job Overview**: As the Site Supervisor for road construction, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required specifications. You will coordinate with project managers, contractors, and workers to ensure the timely delivery of road construction projects, including roadways, highways, sidewalks, and related infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all on-site activities for road construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Supervise, direct, and coordinate the activities of site workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
- Ensure that all work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Address any issues or delays on-site, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure clear communication and coordination.
- Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily logs, work schedules, material deliveries, and worker attendance.
- Implement and enforce health and safety procedures, ensuring all workers adhere to company safety policies and government regulations.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment, including regular inspections.
- Resolve conflicts and issues on-site promptly, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and manage site inventory, ensuring materials are available as needed for construction activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in road construction or civil infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of road construction techniques, materials, and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage on-site personnel and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce them on-site.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet project deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance is an asset.
- Proficient in project management software or construction management tools (if applicable).

**Work Environment**:

- Outdoor work in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, etc.).
- May involve working evenings, weekends, or extended hours based on project deadlines.
