**About the Role**

As a **Host Acquisition and Management Executive**, you’ll be at the forefront of TempHo’s mission to onboard 100+ landlords monthly, ensuring newcomers have access to safe, welcoming accommodations. This role requires exceptional negotiation, relationship management skills, and a proactive approach to identifying housing opportunities.

**What You'll DoHost Acquisition**
- Build and maintain a strong and healthy network of landlords across Ontario.
- Source and onboard new hosts to expand TempHo’s housing portfolio.
- Develop strategies to meet and exceed the monthly target of 100+ landlords onboarded.

**Relationship Management**
- Serve as the primary contact for landlords, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Address landlord concerns, provide updates, and foster trust.

**Negotiation and Contract Management**
- Secure competitive rental terms while meeting TempHo’s affordability goals.
- Draft and manage rental agreements in line with company policies.

**Travel and Outreach**
- Visit landlords and housing sites across Ontario to build connections.
- Represent TempHo at housing events and networking opportunities.

**Market Research and Strategy**
- Identify high-demand areas and housing trends to drive strategic decisions.

**Who You Are**
- **Experienced**: Proven background in landlord acquisition, property management, or housing solutions.
- **Connected**: A portfolio of landlords ready to collaborate is a must.
- **Negotiation Expert**: Skilled in securing favorable terms and managing contracts.
- **On-the-Go**: Willingness to travel extensively across Ontario (valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required).
- **Proactive and Goal-Oriented**: Driven to exceed targets and build meaningful partnerships.
- **Communicative**: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

**How to Apply**

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Real estate: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Brampton, ON L6X 1B7
