****:Under the general supervision of the Supervisor - Parks North, assists with the day-to-day management of the campground operation at Trowbridge.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Registers all vehicles and campers, collects appropriate fees, and assigns sites.
- Undertakes routine checks of campsites to inspect vacancies, cleanliness, and behaviour of occupants.
- Opens and closes the facility and liaises with contract security on a daily basis.
- Processes payments, prepares deposits, and reconciles transactions from the campground and store.
- Maintains prescribed records, including the registration system and security.
- Reports campsite or cabin maintenance issues to designated staff.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.

** QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education/Experience**:

- Secondary school diploma
- Post-secondary education and/or experience in business or customer service would be an asset

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Ability to accurately perform mathematical calculations
- Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with the public
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide courteous and helpful service to the public
- Ability to use a computer and applicable software to input, edit, and retrieve information
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- A working knowledge of the _Occupational Health and Safety Act_ as it applies to this work

** CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**:

- Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends
- Must undergo a successful Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC)
