At Formula Alberta, our people are a key ingredient in our formula for success. We are seeking skilled carpenters and construction laborers with a go-get-'em attitude towards work and safety to join our welcoming team. Our home base is located in Stony Plain, however our projects often require travel throughout central Alberta. With a primary focus on bridge construction, as well as culvert installation and road construction projects, our tight-knit teams work closely together to meet project deadlines. To do well in this role, you should be physically fit, flexible in daily tasks, reliable, take initiative, and be a hard worker. For those who have mínimal or no experience in bridge construction, on-the-job training can be provided for highly motivated individuals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work in a team-setting to ensure all aspects of the construction project are completed in a timely manner.
- Read and interpret blue prints, or willing to learn
- Perform layouts, place concrete, drive piles, or willing to learn
- Operate heavy equipment or capable of learning on the job
- Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean 3-year driver's abstract
- Previous experience in construction and/or agriculture industry strongly preferred.
- Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain and snow.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Must have a strong work ethic and an ability to work in a team setting.
- Be willing to work evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
