ELITS is now looking for a** Cloud Administrator** for our operations in **Montreal**.

**About this position**:
As an IT Support and Cloud Administrator, you will be part of our team and your main **responsibilities** are:

- ** Cloud Architecture & Design -**Lead the design and architecture of cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- **Azure Implementation**:

- Design and implement cloud infrastructure, including virtual networks, storage, compute resources, and other services in **Microsoft Azure**.
- **Entra ID/Identity Management -**Implement and manage **Entra ID** (Azure AD) to manage identity and access across cloud environments. Conditional Access configuration and maintenance.
- **Security & Compliance -**Ensure that all cloud-based solutions comply with internal and industry-specific security standards, data governance policies, and best practices. Auditing for compliance.
- **Collaboration & Consultation** - Work closely with internal stakeholders, external clients, and third-party vendors to understand business requirements and provide cloud solutions that meet their needs.
- **Automation, Scripting and Reporting -**Develop automation solutions using tools such as **PowerShell**, **Azure CLI**, **ARM Templates, Power Automate,**or** Power BI** to streamline cloud resource deployment and management.
- **Halo ITSM (or equivalent) maintenance**:

- Maintain Halo ITSM processes and configurations, service catalog, and data flows.
- **Troubleshooting & Optimization** - Provide ongoing support and optimization of cloud-based solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- **Support users on site** - Configure, troubleshoot, and support PCs (Windows and MacOS), Mobile Phones (IOS and Android), peripherals, and AV equipment, including screens, cameras, speakers, and connectivity.
- **Manage the IT site operations -**including inventory, PC re-imaging, and handling shipments (may involve lifting boxes up to 20 lbs).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of prior work experience in cloud administration
- Experience managing **Halo ITSM** or equivalent IT service management tool like **BMC** or **Service Now**.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, **networking**, identity and access management, and security.
- Expertise in designing and implementing **Entra ID** (Azure AD) and **Azure Identity** solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of **Office 365** products (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
- Proven experience in cloud migration, deployment, and troubleshooting in **Azure**.
- Solid understanding of cloud security concepts, including **Azure Security Center**, **Microsoft Defender**, and compliance standards (GDPR, SOC 2, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design scalable, efficient, and secure cloud solutions.
- English required
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-303/304 or AZ-305) or equivalent certifications an advantage.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-100/MS-101).
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other security-related certifications an advantage.
- Certified Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification an advantage,
- Experience with PowerShell, CLI, and cloud automation tools an advantage
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline integrations an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders an advantage.
- Prior experience working in a consultancy or client-facing role an advantage.
