**Job Description**:
This lush and light-filled vegan restaurant serves a vibrant and colourful array of Latin-inspired fare. The eclectic menu features a mix of traditional, modern and innovative plant-based dishes, brought together by earthy flavours and peak seasonal produce. Located in Toronto’s Financial District, Rosalinda lends itself easily to everything from feel-good business lunches to after-work cocktails and date nights for guests.

**The Day to Day**:

- You’re a strong communicator and conduct yourself in a respect manner with with Servers, Hosts and Bartenders
- You have a sense of urgency and can complete tasks quickly with ease
- You’re tuned in to the space you work in and contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization
- You’ll learn and carry out the proper opening and closing procedures of the bar
- You’re able to multi task and assist the team with polishing and organizing of glass wears.
- You’ll be proactive and regularly check and maintain beer keg and liquor levels
- You’ll assist with the FOH team with food running and interact with guest with enthusiasm
- Other duties as assigned or required

**Qualifications**:

- SmartServe Certified
- Prior barista experience is desirable
- Enrolled or completed a Hospitality, Food & Beverage and/or Special Events Program is an asset
- High attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills
- Ability to take direction and prioritize
- Strong oral communication skills
- High level of product knowledge
- Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency
