- longue expérience dans la cuisine des pays d'Afrique du Nord, de la Méditerranée et du Maroc inclus mais sans s'y limiter: tajines, couscous, grillades, apéritifs spéciaux, desserts spéciaux et délices.
- gestion des stocks et achats sur la base du premier entré premier sorti
- rapide et précis
- la créativité de mise en assiette et de présentation des aliments pour les pays d'Afrique du Nord, méditerranéens et marocains.
- capacité à mettre en cascade et à déléguer des responsabilités
- capacité à former le personnel de cuisine aux travaux à effectuer selon les besoins et réglementations du restaurant, ainsi que selon les règles de sécurité alimentaire et d'hygiène.

- Responsable des recettes et de la préparation et de la cuisson de nos plats en cuisine
- Réinventer le menu avec les nouvelles tendances de la cuisine méditerranéenne nord-africaine et son évolution
- travailler en étroite collaboration avec le responsable du Restaurant pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats et la satisfaction du client en termes de goût et de recettes, de présentation, de qualité des ingrédients et de fraîcheur.
- Former les aides cuisiniers sur les recettes et la mise en plats et la présentation, et la préparation des plats présentés aux clients
- responsable de tenir l'inventaire et du stockage des articles dans les réfrigérateurs et dans la cuisine
- assure et responsable de la propreté et de l'agencement de la cuisine
- responsable de la prise en charge du lavage de la vaisselle et de la direction et de la gestion de l'équipe en cuisine.

- Train the cook helpers on recipes and setting and presentation, and the preparation of dishes presented to customers
- responsible for keeping inventory and storage of items in refrigerators and in the kitchen
- ensures and responsible for the cleanliness and layout of the kitchen
- Responsible for taking care of the washing of dishes and the direction and management of the kitchen team.
