The Opportunity:

- At 1-800-GOT-JUNK? we are looking for our next group of fantastic Inbound Sales Agents to answer the calls when our customers dial 1-800-GOT-JUNK?

Are you a passionate, friendly, customer focused person who wants to expand your skills into sales? If the answer is “yes” then we want YOU to join our team and help us WOW our customers. As the voice of our company, you are our customers’ first point of contact, and the person who will help them take their first step in making their junk (and their headache) disappear.

A Day in the Life:

- Answer incoming calls and provide a world class experience for our customers
- Sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger
- Participate in hands-on training with passionate and experienced team leads and dedicated sales trainers
- Earn $15.00/hour + monthly sales bonus (guaranteed minimum bonus of $200 for your first month)

- Work from the comfort of your own home with a 0 minute commute

What You Bring to the Table:

- Availability to work **5 shifts** at **8.5 hours** from Sunday to Saturday starting between **11:00pm-1:00pm **AND/OR
- Availability to work **4 shifts** at **10.5 hours** from **Saturday** to **Tuesday** starting between** 8**am-10am Winnipeg time; **off on _Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays_
- Persuasive communication skills and lots of personality
- A willingness to learn and grow with us
- A quiet space at home, reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps+ & personal computer
