I am excited to be launching a high-quality longevity powder aimed at improving women's health. While I have some ideas for ingredients to include in the formula, I understand the importance of perfecting the formulation to ensure it meets the highest quality standards. That's why I am seeking the expertise of a skilled Formulation Specialist to collaborate with me on this project.

About the role:
I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Formulation Specialist to join our team on a project-based role. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with me to develop and formulate a high-quality longevity powder product that is specifically targeted towards women. Your expertise and knowledge of supplement formulation will be essential in ensuring that the product meets the highest quality standards and delivers exceptional results.

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

- Develop and formulate the longevity powder product from conception to commercialization
- Work with the business owner to understand the target market and ensure that the product meets their needs
- Research and identify high quality US-based ingredients that are suitable for the product
- Conduct trials and experiments to test the efficacy and safety of the product
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that the product is manufactured to the highest quality standards

** Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as food science, nutrition, or chemistry
- Experience in consumable product formulation, with a focus on products for women and an emphasis on bioavailability of supplements in the system, specifically for women.
- Experience with superfoods, longevity work, and other similar products to be considered.
- Experience working with high quality US-based products/ingredients and understands what is the ideal amount of each ingredient to actually be absorbed by the body, with a focus on products for women.
- In-depth knowledge of consumable ingredients and their interactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
