We specialize in the distribution of high-performance industrial inkjet systems across Canada. With a growing team of 12-15 professionals, we are entering an exciting phase of expansion and are seeking a dynamic individual to help lead the next chapter of our success.

**The Role**

As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading the sales team, and supporting company strategy. You will work closely with ownership and executive leadership, with a clear succession path toward the position of Managing Director.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage daily business operations across departments
- Drive B2B sales growth in the industrial equipment sector
- Oversee client relationships and high-value project execution
- Guide and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Collaborate on budgeting, planning, and strategic decision-making
- Prepare to transition into a Managing Director role over time

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial equipment or related technical sales
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a small to mid-sized business
- Strong business acumen and understanding of operations, finance, and HR
- Proactive, hands-on leadership style with a long-term growth mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
