**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the college campus
- Lead marketing and outreach initiatives to enhance the college’s visibility and growth
- Manage all student admissions activities, from inquiry to enrollment
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local schools, colleges, and universities
- Liaise effectively with government agencies and regulatory bodies
- Drive B2B collaboration and engagement opportunities
- Coordinate and support student enrollment campaigns and community-based events
**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:
- A Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Education, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
- A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MEd, or MA in Leadership) is strongly preferred and may be required depending on the size and scope of the institution
- Courses or certifications in Educational Leadership, Post-secondary Education Administration, or Regulatory Affairs are considered an asset
- Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in post-secondary education, career colleges, or a related administrative role
- Experience in managing operations of an academic institution, preferably within a private career college or regulated learning environment
- Proven track record in student recruitment, enrolment management, community outreach, and marketing strategy development
- Familiarity with B2B partnerships, industry liaison, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with institutional compliance and accreditation standards.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian post-secondary education systems, including private career college regulations in Nova Scotia
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak admission periods or special events.
