Job Summary:
We are seeking a Saw Operator to join our team. As a Saw Operator, you will be responsible for driving a truck and trailer, operating and maintaining saw equipment to cut asphalt. You will be required to work in the city where it is busy and fast-paced. Must have a G license. Need to provide recent drivers abstract as well as a criminal background check from the year 2024. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

**Duties**:

- Set up and operate saw machine
- Read and understand daily cutting list
- Maintain saw and equipment in organized manner
- Monitor the cutting process to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect truck/trailer/saw everyday
- Perform routine clean up on saw equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Always be aware of your surroundings
- Must be able to take orders and work well with team members

**Experience**:

- Previous experience operating saw machines or similar equipment preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, lathe, caliper, plasma cutting, forklift, blueprint reading, press brake machine, basic math, CNC programming is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret work orders accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
