**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in supervising daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage payroll, cash handling, and bookkeeping responsibilities with accuracy and integrity
- Coordinate recruiting efforts, conduct interviews, and participate in staff training & development programs
- Oversee POS systems, purchasing processes, and ensure proper store presentation
- Implement marketing initiatives to enhance store visibility and customer engagement
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Support budgeting activities and assist in sales management to meet financial goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized store environment

**Experience**
- Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail sales or store management
- Strong background in merchandising, pricing, and sales management strategies
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and training & development
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with negotiation, recruiting, payroll processing, marketing, and budgeting is desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in customer service roles with a focus on phone etiquette and conflict resolution is preferred

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
