As the data analyst you will be responsible for coordinating various projects by documenting, monitoring and overseeing execution. This includes software/technical related, organizational / administrative, and warehouse type projects. This position will be working closely with the IT Supervisor and the VP of Sales and Marketing. Required to be eager to learn and open to feedback.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics or software related studies.
- 0-6 months office experience is an asset, however recent graduates considered
- Strong English speaking, Bilingual in French is an asset
- Team player and independent worker

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze, test and build software related data
- Work with office and warehouse team / colleagues, seniors to define and deliver project deliverables
- Liaise and communicate with 3rd party vendors /consultants and existing / potential suppliers to achieve the project deliverables
- Coordinate and track IT project progress with colleagues
- Participate in project schedules and identify data gaps for successful completion of the project
- Support / search data resources required to complete the project
- Coordinate status of project, changes to project scope, timing and issue management
- Maintain comprehensive digital project documentation
- Perform light technical research
- Perform other optimizing duties and complete additional projects as assigned with job knowledge and experience
- Overall support function for VP and IT teams

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
- 75% desk position (no remote working), 25% on-site with VP

**Experience**:

- Office coordination / movement (preferred)
- Project coordination (preferred)
- Project documentation (preferred)
- Good communication and written skills
- Resourceful
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Comfortable with managing large data sets / good with numbers (proficient in Basic SQL, Tableau, MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project, Viseo, Scancode, Python, CRM & ERP an asset)
- Strong note taking
- Knowledge of how to prioritize tasks
- Multitasker
