**We currently have the following openings**:
**1. **Flexible staff (CSW) who is content with working a regular 4-hour a day schedule with a high-need/High-risk young man. Addictions and Mental Health background an asset. This program is all risk mitigation.
**2**. Days Staff to work in Lamont with a young male. Some high-risk behaviours. This program is a mix of risk-mitigation, family dynamic work, and life enrichment. More male staff are being sought, as per the needs of the person served.
**3.** Part-time weekend position working with our young male population. People served are relatively stable; this position includes more recreational outings (festivals, volunteering, visit support, life skills, Medical appontments) and life enrichment.
- **In your role you will**:_
- Connect with and develop helping relationships with individuals with disabilities.
- Act as a strong advocate for individuals in the community.
- Work effectively as a team with the individual and their support team to help achieve their goals.
- Program creation, implementation and evaluation.
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of case management; including support plan development and implementation.
- Completion of daily documentation.
- Support and participate in recreation and leisure activities.
- Perform administrative and cleaning duties relating to the operation of the home.
- Staff supervision, evaluations and training.
- Participate in on-going program development
- Communication with other pertinent professionals
- **Training & Clearances**_ _(*Available from Family Connections Inc. at no cost to the employee)_
- Security Clearance Check including the Vulnerable Sector Search (within the last 6 months)
- Standard First Aid with CPR
- Suicide Awareness or Suicide Intervention training
- Cultural Awareness training
- Medication administration training
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license, as well as a driver’s abstract (within the last 6 months)
- Auto Insurance, including $2 million third party liability coverage
- Strong english skills is required
- **Required experience**:_
- Directly supporting individuals with disabilities
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Experience with Non-violent Crisis Intervention would be an asset.
- Experience working in a residential setting is an asset

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
