**Pita Mania Restaurant** is seeking a dedicated and professional individual for the position of Full-Time Front Counter Clerk. This is a permanent position requiring 30-40hrs hours per week. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team.

**Requirements**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Flexibility to work between the hours of 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Excellent phone manners and the ability to multitask.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced yet comfortable environment.
- This position is not suitable for students.
- Must have own transportation as there is no public transit available.
- Must have Food Handlers Certification or be willing to obtain within 90 days.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Provide excellent customer service at the front counter.
- Manage phone orders efficiently.
- Support team members in daily operations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and process payments with precision, maintaining accurate cash handling practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces, service stations, bathrooms, stock rooms etc.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively during busy periods.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and ability to work well under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
