We are actively looking to hire a Marketing Specialist (Advertising & Sponsorship) to join our team. You will be accountable for working primarily on Allstate’s Sponsorship properties and events, including The Allstate Soccer Show, Allstate High Performance Soccer Clinics and Active Start Soccer Fests. Our team continues to adapt our programs and events based on learning and the ability to adapt will be key for the successful applicant.

Additionally, the Specialist will help manage our National Advertising Campaign. This will include liaising with our US team, located in Northbrook, Illinois, our advertising agencies, and our research partners. Experience with both quantitative and qualitative research is a plus.

**Accountabilities**:
Assist and develop annual advertising campaign, including involvement in qual and quant research
Liaise between internal and external partners to execute sponsorship events
Plan, execute and follow up on event details
Work with internal teams, such as social media, digital team, translation, public relations
Responsible for invoice processing and expense tracking
Must be able to work effectively from a home-based office environment (part of Hybrid role)

**Qualifications**:
1 to 2 years’ experience in advertising and sponsorship marketing is strongly preferred
Completed University or college program related to Advertising or Sponsorship Marketing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Exceptional presentation skills
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Effective writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and planning skills
Creative thinker and ability to problem solve
Dedicated team player who demonstrates initiative and independence
Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
