Are you a skilled and motivated Parts Technician with a strong understanding of gas compression equipment? Do you excel at providing exceptional customer service and managing parts inventory efficiently? If so, Surepoint is looking for you to join our dynamic team in Nisku
As a Parts Technician at Surepoint, you will play a critical role by accurately selling and providing parts to both our valued external customers and our dedicated Field Service Technicians. You will leverage your technical expertise and organizational skills to manage inventory, process orders, and build strong customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of parts sales and provision to external customers and field technicians.
- Leverage technical knowledge of gas compression for accurate parts identification and sourcing.
- Develop and present customer quotes and provide technical sales support.
- Efficiently research, procure, and process parts orders and returns.
- Maintain optimal parts inventory through management, cycle counts, and stock optimization.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment, shipping coordination, and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent service and support.
- Perform parts pick-ups/deliveries and basic warehouse duties, including operating material handling equipment.
- Actively comply with all HSE and company policies as well as Surepoint's core values.

**Qualifications**:

- Journeyperson Parts Technician certification.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract.
- Minimum 3 years progressive Parts Department experience, ideally with heavy-duty mechanical/compression parts.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Proven experience in inventory management.
- Strong technical knowledge of gas compression equipment (engines and compressors).
- Experience in B2B sales and creating bid documentation (assets).
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics Great Plains and proficiency in MS Office Suite (assets).
- Excellent organizational, planning, prioritizing, negotiation, and communication (written/verbal) skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building positive working relationships.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate professionalism, integrity, initiative, and commitment to quality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
