**Position: Parts Technician: Manufacturing Environment**

**Responsibilities**
- A pleasant/professional phone demeanor.
- Utilize the computer system to create parts quotes, sales order and returns, generate purchase orders, create part numbers, update parts costs, and process receiving of Purchase Orders.
- Source and order parts for customers. Recommend alternative options.
- Send daily cash outs reconciliation report and parts invoice to accounts receivable department.
- Process customer payments thru credit/debit card.
- Work with accounting for credit override requests.
- Assist the manufacturing and service department in preparing quotes for parts.
- Back-up for warehouse duties when parts counter person is not available.
- Assist with Warehouse when not busy including forklift operation, unloading/loading trucks, receiving, shipping parts, and picking up parts from local suppliers.
- The ability to observe and comply with our company’s health and safety protocols.
- Demonstrable teamwork and maturity with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow direction and follow task-based job duties.
- Any other duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications**
- Excellent Customer service skills required
- Mechanical / Parts knowledge an asset
- High attention to detail required, with the ability to look ahead in the work process
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs
- Proficiency in Karmak would be an asset.
- Patience and adaptability to multi-tasking
- Ability to practice safe work practices and properly use PPE
- Ability to speak, read and write in English.
