Job Summary
Maintain and repair Multi-Functional Products and resolve customer scanning/printing issues while maintaining effective relationships with customers and the Sales Department
- Responsibilities:

- Maintain and repair MFPs and resolve customer printing issues
- Maintain effective relationships with customers and sales
- Perform on-site service of MFPs
- Maintain parts and call management as well as accurate records to achieve KPI targets
- Responsible to learn new technologies
- Maintain accurate record keeping
- Assist other team members as required
- 5% - Lead referrals and product promotion to existing customers
- 95% - break-fix and customer support
- Understands territory parts budget and inventory control
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management

**Skills**:

- Experience Required:

- 1-3 Years
- Network Skills:

- Install and troubleshoot basic printing and scanning solutions
- Microsoft OS peer to peer and client side of server environments
- Solutions Knowledge:

- Understanding of core solutions portfolio
- Product Knowledge:

- Knowledgeable and certified on most of the office line
- Color Skills:

- Working knowledge of basic color theory and RIP configurations
- Communication Skills:

- Good verbal and written
- Working directions:

- Requires limited assistance for more difficult problems
- Requirements:

- Must be positive, outgoing, self-motivated and committed to building and maintaining strong customer relations
- Travelling within Canada and the US is a requirement
- Own vehicle and possess valid insurance with appropriate coverage and a valid drivers’ license in good standing
- Standby and afterhours work may be required
- Training may require afterhours travel and stay overs including weekends
- Konica Minolta Certifications:

- Required to achieve Professional Level Certification
- Business Travel:

- Travel within assigned territory
- Education:

- High School or equivalent
- Industry Certifications:

- CompTIA A+ Certification CompTIA Net+ Certification (or equivalent experience)
