**Job description**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets, while maximizing profitability.
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
- Utilize RQ by iQmetrix software to manage transactions and inventory accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth point-of-sale operations.
- Handle cash handling procedures and maintain accurate cash register balances.
- Interview, hire, and train new employees as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of the wireless telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience as a Store Operations Manager or similar role in a retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of inventory management techniques
- Experience in conducting interviews and hiring new employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
