- **Requirements and Qualifications**:_
- Pre-employment Criminal Record Check
- CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate (if you haven't got it yet, don't worry)
- A deep understanding of cannabis, or the desire and ability to develop an in-depth understanding of it
- Ability to diplomatically and professionally interact with customers at all times
- Meet the physical demands of a retail environment including transporting up to 20 kg

- **Typical responsibilities of the job include**:_
- Engaging with customers to understand their cannabis needs
- Greeting customers at the door
- Accurate product knowledge
- Using tablets for real-time order processing
- Cultivating, growing and retaining a loyal customer base
- Fulfill orders
- Cashing out customers
- Comprehending, applying, following and enforcing industry regulations
