Position Overview

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service with expert knowledge of cannabis flower, extracts, and accessories
- Perform opening and closing duties as a Keyholder, including securing the store and handling cash deposits
- Accurately process sales transactions in compliance with AGCO and federal cannabis regulations
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and reconciliation
- Ensure strict compliance with all legal, safety, and company policies
- Work independently and responsibly during solo shifts

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years experience as a Budtender**:

- Minimum **1 year experience as a Keyholder or Manager** in retail
- Deep knowledge of **craft cannabis and extracts**:

- **CannSell certification (required)**:

- Must be willing to undergo a **Criminal Background Check**:

- Comfortable and reliable working alone during scheduled shifts
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Familiar with using TechPOS preferred

Schedule & Availability
- 15-20 hours per week
- Must be available Friday's until 8pm and Saturday mornings with occasional Weekday shifts when need.
- Immediate start available

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
