Requirements:

- Works with coworkers to diagnose and resolve IT-related issues
- Perform corporate software updates
- Works with management team & other employees to design and implement IT solutions based on business needs
- Perform server/desktop system support, troubleshooting and maintenance functions
- Control access to and authorization level of devices
- Manage Windows Server Roles
- Configure, manage and upgrade IT hardware including but not limited to servers, switches, firewalls, routers and Wi-Fi access points
- Ensure network security and connectivity
- Manage backups
- Create and keep up to date network documentation and drawings
- Coordinate IT contractors

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.
- In-depth knowledge of computer networking and IT systems, internet security and data privacy.
- Outstanding troubleshooting skills.
- Solid experience in database design methodologies and relational database architecture.
- Must work collaboratively with other departments.
- Excellent ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Trilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
