At Revital Health -Chestermere, you will be responsible for shared administrative support duties in a team environment as well as assigned individual tasks. Competent, flexible and energized by a busy schedule, you welcome the opportunity to demonstrate your strong leadership, computer and administrative skills and your success in meeting structured timeframes.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Work in collaboration with Clinic Manager and team Revital to achieve business outcomes
- Reception/Administration and client services
- Billing and schedule management
- Overseeing and providing administrative support to clinical staff/Clinic Manager
- Preparation of required financial reports
- Accounts receivable and coordination of accounts payable
- Prepare supply ordering and inventory list of clinic/office supplies to be ordered

Qualifications:

- Customer service experience, _ideally from a medical clinic setting_
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is required. You must be able to type sufficiently.
- **Multitasking**skills are needed for this position
- Knowledge of the health care sector is definitely an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience with scheduling
- Valid drivers license and form of transportation to and from the clinic
- Strong familiarity with MVA, WCB, and Private Insurance claims is an asset
- Knowledge of Jane Booking Software is an asset
- **You must be legally able to work in Canada**:

- An enthusiasm and willingness to learn new things is a must
