**IT Project Manager 2 - ISU Product Owner**

Number of positions: 1 Job Location: Edmonds C02

Employment type: Permanent Region: Lower Mainland

Hours of work: Full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Flexible Work Role: Hybrid

Annual salary: $ 127,900.00 - 161,800.00

** Position Highlights**
be the key player in driving SAP IS-U initiatives for operations and project delivery.

**What you'll do**
- The ISU product owner responsibilities include:

- Providing solution leadership and expertise in areas like meter to cash and non energy billing for all customer segments,
- residential, commercial, and industrial.- closely integrated components like advanced metering infrastructure, customer experience including self-service functions
& telephony/chat, and analytics/reporting.- Identifying/initiating project/work program/improvement initiatives and solution roadmap based on business needs and
- industry best practices.- Contributing to the success of sustainment operation and implementation projects as solution lead/product owner.
- Collaborate with the business to lead initiatives in line with business objectives and roadmaps.** What you bring**
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, engineering or equivalent.
- System expert in SAP for IS utilities solutions and meter-to-cash processes with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation
projects and 10+ years of progressive experience in utility industry or consulting environment.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, and excellent facilitation skills to proactively engage multiple internal
stakeholder groups and external parties.
- Experience leading strategic discussions and building product roadmaps.
- Flexible, self-starter with results orientation and the ability to quickly make decisions.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP CX is an asset.
- Experience working in an agile collaboration framework with product owner responsibilities is an asset.
