**Overview**

This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations while fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and collaboration.

**Duties**
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of coffee and food preparation and service.
- Supervise daily activities of the team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage cash handling procedures effectively.
- Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Utilize POS systems, such as Square and Clover, to manage transactions and track sales data.
- Foster a culture of excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food handling and presentation.
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance the guest experience.
- Prepare reports on operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry or coffee industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Square or Clover, is preferred.
- Background in food preparation and cooking is advantageous.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
