We are seeking an organized, self-motivated, **Operations Manager** to join our team in **Coquitlam**, BC** You are self-described as someone with a positive attitude that possess the ability to manage high volumes of data to a great degree of detail and make sense of it in a quick pace environment.

**What you will be doing**:

- Labour Management:

- Coordination of appropriate recruitment efforts for adequate staffing with relevant teams
- Coordination of driver scheduling and timesheet accuracy with relevant teams’ support
- Management of Third Party (owner-operators, 3P fleet outsource drivers) performance and relationships
- Driver Performance monitoring
- Manage Dispatch Team workflow
- General Operations Management
- Managing the drivers’ successful execution of morning loadout - Employees and owner operators
- Managing drivers’ schedules for appropriate start times, in collaboration with overnight warehouse/sort management team to ensure continuous operational inbound and outbound flow
- Operational flow planning and management
- Ensuring punctual arrivals of drivers, documenting and tracking of KPIs
- Maintain coaching/enforcement of best practices for driver loadouts; ensure supervision as needed is provided to produce high KPIs
- Conduct daily ‘stand-up’ meetings with drivers to discuss key items of the day: Safety, Performance, any other topics - delegate as needed only to capable staff
- Identify process requirements and solutions to short term and long-term operational challenges
- Inter-Departmental Support
- Provide required customer-facing communication and reporting
- Escalation level calls with customers on delivery success issues
- Ensure required customer reports are provided accurately on time
- Effectively communicate with the multiple Operations teams, Scheduling and other internal teams to coordinate daily operations across multiple sites on Vancouver Island & Mainland-BC to make sure the daily performance needs are met as per the client standards.
