Reporting into the Director of Finance, the Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing Semi-Monthly payroll for our hourly and salary employees.
- Set up new hires, process terminations and other payroll or employee changes
- Prepare ROEs
- Manage extended health benefits
- Audit time and attendance system
- Provide training and support to managers with the time and attendance system
- Assist in year end and year begin processing
- Answer inquiries from employees, managers and governmental agencies regarding payroll related questions and requests
- Other payroll & HR related duties, as required.

Qualification:

- 1 - 2 years experience in a payroll
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) & Experience with ADP
- Strong computer skills, intermediate to advanced MS Office (Word and Excel)
