**Responsibilities**:

- RFQ Management: Lead the initiation, processing, and analysis of engineering services RFQs to secure optimal vendor partnerships. Manage a high volume of RFQs annually to support operational needs.
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze procurement data and derive actionable insights, contributing to strategic procurement decisions. Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends.
- Strategy Development: Assist in formulating and executing procurement strategies by interpreting market trends and internal data. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
- Supplier Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders. Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure the highest quality delivery of services.
- Innovation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and increase cost-efficiency. Explore and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a procurement or analytical role, preferably in mining, oil & gas, or heavy industry. Experience with large-scale RFQ management is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, macros) is required. Familiarity with procurement software such as Ariba, SAP, and Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and French is required.
