You are a licenced mental health practitioner that is either qualified or a qualifying member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) with a passion for helping, or a registered social worker with a licence to provide the controlled act of psychotherapy. You aim to provide services in a safe, comfortable, client-centred, and non-judgemental environment surrounded by other likeminded professionals. You enjoy working in a team environment and are effectively able to communicate, maintain professionalism (while being able to let your personality shine) and have ethical boundaries.

You are able to build rapport with collogues and clientele - and are not afraid to tackle challenges head-on You can identify when a client is ready to graduate from your services, or if an alternative referral could be beneficial. You come to work with a positive mindset and recognize the benefits of a holistic care approach while collaborating with other professionals and learning exciting new therapeutic approaches. Ultimately, you are a qualified and eager professional who strives to compassionately offer support to others. You also want flexible hours that are tailored to your lifestyle, with the luxury of free advertising to promote your business and help you find clients.

**THIS IS US**:
Spear Wellness was co-created by a brother-sister duo with the shared vision of providing a space to support the unique healing needs of those in our community. It was also created out of the desire, motivation, and shared passion to offer services to those who are reaching out for support.

**Brittnee**

Brittnee is a co-creator of Spear Wellness Centre and is a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO, who was formally practicing out of Brittnee Stewart Psychotherapy. Brittnee is a self-lead Certified EMDR Therapist, EMDR Consultant in Training & IFS Level 1 trained therapist, who has done advanced trainings in IFS-informed EMDR. Brittnee is also a trained Psychedelic Assisted Therapist (Inbodied Life Therapy and TheraPsil) whose practice embodies a holistic approach to wellness, using the alchemy of science + spirituality to facilitate meaningful and long lasting positive changes. She is passionate about helping others achieve balance and harmony within their internal system and creates a safe container to support personal transformation so you can find your way back home - to yourself.

**Zack**

Zack is a co-creator of Spear Wellness Centre has recently made the decision to transition from his years of community work to become a Registered (Qualifying) Psychotherapist. Zack has years of experience with multiple community agencies and most recently as a Team Lead for various programs. Zack believes in providing a safe, non-judgemental, client-centred and best-practice services to support others with life’s challenges. Zack is training in EMDR therapy and strives to provide services in a manner that is best tailored for your unique goals.

At Spear Wellness, the client’s mental health and over all well-being is our top priority. We strive to provide a welcoming, safe and comfortable environment to individuals throughout their healing journey. Here, holistic care is a top-priority and we work collaboratively with a collective group of psychotherapists and wellness providers to provide multi-dimensional services under one roof. We recognize that no two journeys are the same and as such, we value having a space that centres around healing the mind, the body, and the spirit.

**APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Master’s Degree in a mental health related field
- Qualified or Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO or subsequent professional college with a licence to perform the controlled act of psychotherapy
- Clinical experience within the mental health field
