**Cutting Edge Landscaping** is currently seeking _experienced Foreman_ for our landscaping team. Ideally, you will have at least 3 plus years of landscaping experience and experience in a supervisory capacity.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a landscaping team, ensuring quality work is completed in a timely manner and to budget. You will be expected to steer the job performance of the team, providing guidance and support as needed, and to ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients, Superintendents and Managers
- Competent in understanding and interpreting drawings and instructions relevant to the project.
- Confident execution of daily work plan, meeting targets and problem solving.
- Lead daily toolbox meetings on site with crew and complete daily FLHA.
- Champion safety on site through positive mentoring and training of team members.
- Accountable for quality control on the jobsite to ensure work is completed to company standards.
- Track, record and approve all worker time in company time capture software.
- Complete accurate safety inspections, equipment inspections, incidents, and investigations in a timely manner.
- Train and review competencies for all workers using company equipment.
- Attend and participate in client meetings as required.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback and report to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of landscaping or related field experience and
- Minimum of 1 years in a supervisory position.
- Must have the capacity to push and pull 60-100 lbs.
- Must have the capacity to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Good technical understanding of landscaping principles and practices.
- Ability to engage employees under their supervision.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license, clean 3-year drivers abstract and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
