We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results Geotab is seeking a Vice President, Partner & Field Marketing who will be overseeing partner marketing and regional field marketing to drive revenue attainment goals across all regions. Your global experience and progressive approach will communicate value and increase sales effectiveness for our portfolio of solutions to, through, and with our global partner ecosystem. - Evaluate, develop, and execute the overall partner and field marketing strategy globally.
- Work with global sales and channel leaders to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans that drive accelerated revenue growth in all regions with and through partners.
- Drive the development and rollout of our global partner program.
- Develop channel and field marketing programs that ensure Geotab’s new logo growth is maximized within all regions relative to the addressable market, product portfolio strategy, strength of partner relationships, and revenue plans.
- Develop and direct regional awareness and demand generation programs targeted both at our partners and buyers to supplement the corporate developed programs.
- Leverage market data to identify untapped market channel growth potential.
- Own the development of partner marketing programs that outline the path to achieving pipeline and revenue targets.
- Reimagine and build a partner demand center that guides and enables partner self-service campaigns (ready-made campaigns, content, social media content, solution-based messaging, positioning, and sales tools, etc.) based on role and partner type.
- Educate partner managers and the partner community on global and regional marketing initiatives, including product marketing, digital activations, campaigns, content, and PR initiatives.
- Develop joint messaging and value propositions that highlight value to our partners and their end customers, along with repeatable sales enablement programs, toolkits, and packaged marketing programs.
- Increase productivity and adoption of our solutions by building partner education and enablement with our channel and ecosystem partners (in partnership with product marketing and sales enablement).
- Own, manage and track the regional pipeline achievement to meet quarterly goals. This includes forecasting, measuring, analyzing and reporting on the impact on marketing activities (campaigns and events) on partner sales pipeline, revenue and engagement activity.
- Develop systems and processes that allow you to keep a close eye on the full-funnel lifecycle of our partners, all the way from awareness to acquisition, enablement and advocacy, proactively considering ways that marketing can be leveraged at every stage in the journey.
**What you’ll bring to this role**:
- Minimum 15 years as a respected and impactful global channel and field marketing expert in B2B tech.
- Ideally you hold a Bachelor's degree. An MBA is a bonus, but not required.
- Strategic, creative, and disciplined person who enjoys having a strong role in the development of strategy while being able to execute consistently.
- Strong capabilities in building and executing channel and regional strategies, creating and presenting co-marketing plans, setting milestones, measuring performance, and being accountable for results to executive management.
- Operate in both left-brain and right-brain mode with an affinity to easily distill highly technical concepts into messaging vehicles, programs, and campaigns that ignite the channel and the market to take action.
