**Job Title**: Order Processor
**Department**: Customer Experience and Success
**Reports to**: Director of Customer Operations
**Hours**:Full Time Position - Monday - Friday, 40hrs/week, 7:00am to 3:30pm
The pattern of work hours may vary depending upon corporate objectives and requirements
**Job Summary**:
The Order Processor’s priority is to provide exceptional support to the Customer Experience team.
The Order Processor is responsible for processing daily order submissions. They will work to nurture and grow our business. The role includes, but is not limited to, communicating and working effectively with the Customer Experience Supervisor, and working as an integral part of the Customer Experience team to contribute to the department’s success.
All communications will be conducted in a professional, timely and extremely courteous manner. Any circumstances that deviate from Nuevo’s standard policies and procedures will be brought to the Customer Experience Supervisor’s attention for review.
**Sales Order Management**
- Answer customer phone calls and assist customers as required
- Create Sales Orders using customers’ Purchase Orders
- Manage sales orders by verifying inventory availability and customer requested receipt date
- Attach relative sales order documentation and make detailed notes in each customers’ database file
- Ensure customer’s account operates within the financial terms and conditions assigned to each customer
**New Account Set-Up and Customer Contact/Information Management**
- Attach Account Registration information to the database file
- Set up new accounts in the database and maintain records on customers up to date
- Manage, document, and update all Customer contact information in Contact Management
**Product Knowledge**
- Attend all product knowledge meetings
- Utilize and be proficient in available outlets when looking for information, such as: Navision, website, RepZio, G Drive (for images), etc.
- Maintain knowledge of inventory availability and ETA dates of incoming shipments
**Academic/Educational Requirements**:
- OSSD or equivalent
- Office Administration Certificate or diploma
**Required Skills/Experience**:
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Minimum 2-3 years of data entry. administrative and/or similar experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task/manage a varied workload & evolving tasks
- High level of problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate independently of direct supervision
- Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management
**Working Conditions**

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
