**Surgenor Ottawa Chevrolet-Buick-GMC-Cadillac** is currently seeking a motivated **Auto Body Appraiser/Estimator** to join our busy **Carstar Collision Centre** to help meet the demand of our valued customers.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assessing vehicle damage and creating an initial repair order estimate
- Maintaining regular contact with the insurance company to advise on vehicle repair
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers during and after the repair by providing information, repair updates, and a high level of service throughout the process

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience with Mitchell and/or Audatex estimating software
- Knowledge of insurance DRP practices/guidelines
- Ability to multitask
- Superior service and organizational skills
- Ability to work well with a team
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with little supervision
