At Trulioo, we truly believe "everyone is someone" and we invite you to join our mission and celebrate the positive change we are making in the world.**: **Position Summary** **What you'll be doing**: - Work closely with the CPO and key stakeholders to develop and synthesize product strategy - Execute product strategy in alignment with company objectives - Collaborate with the VP of Product Marketing to understand market trends and customer needs, and align insights with product roadmaps - Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to gather feedback on products, key insights, and overall product performance - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, partnerships, product design, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product launches - Manage and mentor the product management team, providing guidance and support for their professional growth and development - Maintain full ownership of the product lines by producing monthly reports of product metrics - Frequent engagement with C-suite team on product initiatives. - Develop annual strategic roadmaps and team budgets **You have**: - Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams - The ability to dive deep into details and learn about customer problems, products, and technology - A proven track record of developing and bringing new products to market - Enthusiasm for product innovation that solves customer problems - An understanding of how to develop products using AI/ML technology - A bias for action, a willingness to make decisions to drive progress - An ability for form and maintain relationships across the organization **Experience**: - At least 15 years experience in software development, technical or product related roles - At least 10 years experience in product management - Experience managing a team of product managers - Experience in the identity, payments, fintech, or fraud sectors **Working at Trulioo** **You will be challenged to achieve, develop, and grow as part of a hyper-growth company.**: **We offer you the opportunity to make a difference and create a better world by revolutionizing how technology, trust, and identity intersect online.
