Vancouver, Canada Auna Counselling Full time

We have had the honour of serving the South Asian population in Canada as a small, solo practice — we are in 2025 looking to build our team, and expand our ability to serve.

We are looking for 3-4 likeminded practitioners, able to start in the first half of 2025. The position is defined by a high degree of independence and flexibility, with client acquisition and other supports provided by the clinic.
- Full control over scheduling, with agreed upon minimum caseload requirements
- The ability to set one’s own prices per session, with agreed upon minimum and sliding scale requirements
- Advertising of clinician across social media platforms
- A 65/35 split of session fees collected
- A robust waitlist of clients ready to receive service

Please find below a list of requirements and expectations:

- A Master’s or higher degree in Counselling / Clinical Psychology or related fields
- Professional College membership or registration in good standing with a mental health association: BCACC, CCPA
- Current professional liability insurance

We consider the following strong assets:

- Post-graduate counselling experience, ideally 2+ years
- Post-graduate certifications / training
- A proficiency in Hindi, Punjabi
