Transformational Psychotherapist – Jungian / Integrative Approach

Baraka Centre for Psychological & Spiritual Healing is seeking a depth-oriented and heart-centered psychotherapist to join our growing team in North Vancouver. We work at the intersection of psychology, healing, consciousness, and community, offering integrative therapy including Jungian work, psychedelic integration, mindful practices, and family systems.

We are looking for someone passionate about personal transformation, archetypes, and the inner journey — someone who sees therapy as a sacred, collaborative process. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with clients navigating life transitions, individuation, emotional healing, and spiritual awakening.

Primary Responsibilities

Part Time

• Provide individual therapy (and possibly couple/family sessions) from a transformational lens

• Collaborate with the Baraka team to develop creative, conscious programs

• Offer integration sessions for clients post-psychedelic experiences

• Contribute to the intentional and healing environment of the centre

• Engage in regular supervision and personal development

Qualifications and Skills

Commission-Based

• Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Registered Psychologist (R.Psych), or equivalent

• Experience or interest in Jungian psychology, archetypal work, or transpersonal therapy

• Familiarity or openness to psychedelic-assisted therapy or integration

• Excellent relational and communication skills

• Capacity for inner work and emotional presence

• Additional training in family systems, somatic therapy, or mindfulness is an asset

Part Time

• Must be available for at least 2 days a week

• Occasional evening or weekend availability preferred for group work
