**Position Objective**
- Greet customers promptly and handle all inquiries
- Provide customers with explanations and pricing for technical repairs required on their vehicles based on dealer and manufacturer recommendations;
- Recommend preventative maintenance services;
- Maintain professional and technical expertise through on-the-job training
- Demonstrate professional behaviour and ability to work team in a fast-paced environment
- Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (including computer literacy)
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a current full clean driving license
- Be highly motivated and self-driven to achieve sales targets
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- A team player
- Have the ability to complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

**Please note**: applicants must provide a clean driver’s abstract and criminal background check prior to commencing employment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
