**Duties**
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the appropriate parts for their vehicles.
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain an organized inventory of parts, ensuring timely order fulfillment and stock management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering expert advice on automotive repairs.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure the availability of necessary parts for repairs and maintenance.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy while adhering to cash handling policies.
- Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting purposes.
- Engage in sales activities, including marketing promotions and negotiation tactics to enhance sales performance.

**Qualifications**
- Previous dealership experience is preferred, along with a strong background in retail sales or customer service.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for clear interaction with customers and team members.

Pay: $17.20-$21.00 per hour
