**Job Summary**:Work with the Product Manager to refine and develop one of Mortgage Automator’s functional or industry-specific products

**Required Education and Experience**:

- 3+ years of related experience in Business Analytics
- 3+ years in financial or banking domains with focus on Accounting and Financial calculations
- Basic functional competency with SQL, Rest APIs, and data analytics.
- Experience or familiarity with one of the following preferred but not required:

- Banking, payments or other financial services
- Mortgage lending or brokerage industry
- Loan servicing/origination

**Essential Functions**:

- Elicit business and technical requirements
- Scope and plan bug fixes and new product features
- Act as the Product Owner and work with the development team on implementation
- Participate in planning and prioritizing the product backlog
- Conduct final UAT before release
- Work as part of a cross-functional team to achieve product and business objectives
- Work with the Product Manager to analyze the user’s problems and needs and ensure you’re articulating product value proposition and product positioning to clients
- Gather and analyze user feedback and other sources of customer intelligence

In office, hybrid TBD
