We seek an **Agile Delivery Lead** (ADL) for the Secure Web Platform, comprised of teams that focus on platform currency, security remediation, innovation, and global web technical capabilities to support to various projects and areas.

In the role, the ADL **functions as a** **Release Train Engineer** and requires an ability to support, manage, and improve daily operations and delivery across 5 agile teams (Scrum and Kanban). As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will work with a diverse team to define and measure objectives, drive standardization of delivery practices across related teams and coordinate and facilitate scaled agile events (e.g. system demos, quarterly platform reviews, quarterly increment / PI planning, etc.). In this role you will also act as a thought partner and impediment remover to the teams.

Being a key member of the Secure Web Platform team, you will work closely with the Product Owners, the Platform Director, the Software Engineering Director, development leads and architect in order to drive scaled agile adoption, execution and alignment across multiple squads.

As an individual contributor, the Agile Delivery Lead will report to the Director, Software Engineering.

**What you will do**:

- Enable effective “day-to-day” management of scaled environment (e.g., scaled agile events, platform delivery reporting, quarterly increment planning, etc.)
- Drive integration, alignment, and continuity of delivery across value streams
- Help solve organizational problems and facilitate problem-solving sessions (e.g. own agenda, push thinking)
- Proactively identify and escalate issues for executive sponsor support
- Lead and manage the platform portfolio of large, complex deliverables following the Agile ways of working
- Triage incoming needs and questions to the teams and support the management of internal and external dependencies
- Own tracking and reporting on objectives & key results, financials, etc. for executive audiences
- Help to develop & manage the portfolio of large, complex deliverables following agile ways of working
- Track & report on teams, resources & gaps
- Support preparation and own the content for key scaled agile workshops & events (e.g. sponsor meetings)

**What you need to succeed**:

- 2+ years experience in scaled Agile environments (e.g. SAFe, LeSS, SoS), **Release Train Engineer** role and/or Agile delivery
- Experience spearheading or shaping large transformational efforts, and working within a team-of-teams structure
- Ability to draw connections between work streams, recognize upcoming impediments and clear the path forward proactively before they become blockers
- Ability to grasp both the big picture and have rigorous attention to detail
- Strong problem solver with ability to guide the team to push the solution and quickly structure and break down problems
- Maintain complete documentation and scaled agile metrics and measurements of delivery (e.g. velocity, work in progress, etc.) to ensure team processes run smoothly
- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex and sensitive messages at all levels of the organization
- Develop a broad network and demonstrate the ability to influence across the organization
- Ownership mindset and track record of getting things done while being pragmatic and calm under pressure
- Critical thinker and a passion to challenge the status quo to find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas
- Believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency and trust across the team
- Not afraid to dig in and go outside the comfort zone to learn with an experimental mindset to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Certified Release Train Engineer (RTE), Scrum Master (CSM) Scrum Practitioner (CSP), Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), Scrum Alliance Scrum Master or Kanban Management Professional
