**What You Will Do**
Reporting to the Finance Controller, the Finance Accounting Supervisor** **will act as a point of contact between the different parts of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, and external parties, such as vendors, clients, or lenders. They will handle bookkeeping, assisting, and resolving discrepancies.

- Monthly MRR and Project Invoices
- Managed Services Reconciliation (monthly)
- Collections and follow-up with customers, including account reconciliation as required (weekly)
- Commissions calculations (calculate internally monthly, send for approval quarterly)
- Reconciling the monthly PS projects report and company credit cards
- Check mail daily and deposit cheques via the in-house RDC machine
- Posting customer payments and bank deposit
- Monthly external calls with major accounts for invoicing alignment
- Contract / Inflation Management (semi-monthly)
- Administering late payment penalties as needed
- Ad hoc requests as required
**Qualifications**
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Reconciliation, Accounts receivable, and Business Management, preferably in the IT industry.
