**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for effective cleaning and maintenance.
- Conduct property maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Handle heavy lifting when moving furniture or equipment during the cleaning process.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from building occupants.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties to ensure a safe working environment.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning or custodial roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by specific cleaning tasks.
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance activities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
