**Job Description**:
To fuel our expansion and drive market success, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Customer Advocacy and Promotion.

This role will be responsible for positioning the EcoVadis solution as the best and leading solution guiding companies on their sustainability journey.

**The Position**

As the advocacy and promotion expert you will work across all customer segments to engage customers, develop content assets which tell our customers’ stories, and promote those advocacy assets through various channels. By promoting our customer stories, you will create greater affinity and engagement with our wider customer network, ultimately contributing towards maximizing lifetime value of our customers as well as positive sustainability impacts across the world.

A key element of your success in this role will be to create brand ambassadors and to leverage those ambassadors to build our brand credibility and presence. You will do this by:

- Engaging with customers and building a program where customers feel recognized and valued as members of the network
- Leveraging our customers’ advocacy to enhance EcoVadis’ credibility and brand presence in the market

What you will be doing:

- Develop the customer advocacy and customer promotion strategy and execute the strategy
- Conduct customer segment analysis to prioritize and proactively identify gaps and target advocacy asset development accordingly (eg: industries, geographies, segments, solutions, customer needs for journey)
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns with rated customers to acquire their cooperation in developing advocacy assets and their permission to leverage those assets in promotions
- Develop customer advocacy assets including but not limited to (for you to develop further):

- Customer stories (video / written)
- Case studies and snapshots
- Testimonials, references, logos
- Customer blogs

This requires end to end responsibility for concept development, storylining, customer relationship management, creation of content inputs with customers, developing copy, and the management of agencies and experts to design and produce content where formats require
- Engage with customers to participate in promotional opportunities and build customer loyalty and engagement (eg: speaking opportunities). This would require working with our customer success managers to invite clients, design sessions, and project manage throughout
- Build brand recognition and presence by promoting advocacy assets and leveraging customers through various channels including but not limited to:

- Field: Sales, Customer Success
- Social campaigns and website
- Customer Journey (working with customer marketing leads)
- Other strategies to be developed by you
- Lead the management of our annual awards program end to end

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer marketing or marketing communications, preferably in a B2B environment
- Solid experience crafting succinct and impactful sales & marketing materials. Writing skills are essential.
- Project management experience in a cross functional environment
- Meticulous attention to detail, drive for quality, and ability to deliver results quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with, and manage customer relationships
- Enthusiasm for our solutions, customers and sales team is a must
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM (Salesforce and Pardot a plus); mastery of standard office tools (MS and Google Office).
- Culturally sensitive and able to manage cross-functional initiatives across geographies and working styles
