**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor logistics support mailbox and action on incoming requests
- Provide POD and file claim for loss/damage products whenever required
- Primary responsible of arranging pickups requested by various departments through contracted carriers and follow up right through completion
- Updating logistics SharePoint logs on a daily basis and close the loop at the end of the day for orders need to ship
- Order tracking in any given situation to making sure all orders are on track in Shipping and prioritizing orders in Shipping
- Provide shipping quote when requested
- Communicating with carriers and external parties to resolve any upcoming issues or delivery requirement
- Provide coverage when staff are absent or when volume is high
- All other duties as required for Logistics Dept.
- Responsible to follow ISO procedures outlined in Compugen’s Quality Management System

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience
- High attention to detail.
- Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical/problem solving skills.
- Strong organizational, administration and time management skills.
- Experience handling customers in a high-volume warehouse setting preferred.
- Experience interacting with external vendors preferred.
- Some technical experience an asset
