Emcon Services Inc.is a proud Canadian based company with over 30 years of success as an interprovincial Road and Bridge Maintenance Contractor. We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fleet Compliance Coordinator for our Ontario operations based out of Mississauga, Ontario.

**Reporting to the Fleet Compliance Supervisor, this role is responsible for**:

- Providing day to day support to all areas of the business for any fleet related inquiry or request;
- Creating, editing and managing all regulatory documentation including vehicle and operator information;
- Supporting technicians, line managers and administrators with off-season documentation;
- Assisting in compiling monthly reports to be supplied to MTO;
- Assisting and compiling any files for accidents that are affecting our CVOR and follow up on any incidents that occurred on the CVOR from all contract areas;
- File and organize documentations as well as other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Strong work ethic, be able to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and be detail oriented, work outdoors if necessary;
- Strong working knowledge of NSC, Carrier Safety, CVOR, HTA and TDG legislation and regulations;
- Capable of multi-tasking and the ability to function in a dynamic environment with changing priorities;
- Positive attitude, flexible and adaptable, high energy and self-motivated.

**Emcon Services has the following conditions of employment: satisfactory drug pre-screening and **Driver’s Abstract.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $41,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
