**Job Type**: Permanent, Full-time
**Hours**: 5:45am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday, Weekends as needed
**Hourly Rate Range**: $19.19
**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Full accountability of critical control point baking parameters and final quality check before packaging.
- Ensuring compliance with documentation for the line and area.
- Obtain OEE (Uptime and Waste) goals.
- Maintain a consistent level of communication with other departments to ensure alignment and material flow.
- Scanning and reporting.
- Efficiently load and unload ovens.
- Tray and bake crumb, and operate the crumb sifter.
- Correctly bake all Blossoms, Cakes, and Pie products.
- Maintain pace and speed with lines.
- Make correct time and/or temperature adjustments.
- Place work orders and set oven parameters.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**What We're Looking For**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of Food Manufacturing experience.
- Experience operating industrial ovens.

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Dessert Manufacturing Facility experience.
- Strong BRC (or similar GFSI) knowledge and experience.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, OHSA.
